This website is operated by (3:16) Hospitality LLC for TradeBrace. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Pre-release information
TradeBrace is in private testing. Descriptions of planned features, availability, security, pricing, integrations, or release timing may change before launch. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell an unavailable product or a guarantee that a planned feature will be released.
Permitted use
You may use this site for lawful informational and support purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, misuse TradeBrace branding, or use the site to violate another person's rights.
Intellectual property
TradeBrace™, the TradeBrace logo, site content, software materials, and related branding are owned by their respective rights holders and protected by applicable law. No license to copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, sell, or create confusingly similar branding is granted except where applicable law expressly allows it.
Jobsite and weather decisions
TradeBrace is an administrative field tool, not a substitute for professional judgment, code compliance, safety procedures, manufacturer instructions, emergency alerts, or an official weather service. Users remain responsible for verifying job conditions and all consequential decisions.
Third-party services
Links, Android system apps, Google Play, email providers, speech recognition, weather providers, and other third-party services operate under their own terms. TradeBrace does not control their availability or independent practices.
Disclaimer and limitation
This pre-release website is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. (3:16) Hospitality LLC does not promise that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular project. Any limitation of liability in the production app terms will be written to comply with applicable law.
Privacy, changes, and contact
