Who operates TradeBrace

TradeBrace is a product of (3:16) Hospitality LLC. Privacy questions may be sent to support@tradebrace.app.

This website

This site currently provides product, support, legal, security, account-deletion, and operating-guide information. It does not currently create customer accounts, accept payments, use an advertising network, or provide a web contact form.

The hosting provider may process ordinary technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamps, and security logs. TradeBrace does not intentionally add advertising trackers or behavioral analytics to this site at this time.

Email support

If you contact customer service by email, TradeBrace receives the sender address, message, and anything you choose to attach. Email is processed through Google/Gmail. Do not email passwords, verification codes, payment-card data, or unnecessary customer records.

TradeBrace app information

The private test app can store owner and company profiles, customer and job details, estimates, reports, notes, team-directory records, appointments, and app settings on the device. Sensitive business text in the present test build is protected using Android Keystore-backed AES-256-GCM encryption. Android backup and device transfer are disabled for the test app.

Microphone and speech recognition

Microphone access is used only for user-started Madeline voice interaction and dictation. TradeBrace does not provide an always-listening wake word or background microphone service. Android speech-recognition services may process audio on the device or through their own network service, depending on the device configuration.

Weather

A weather request sends the city, state, or postal location entered or spoken by the user to approved weather/geocoding services over HTTPS. Customer records and job notes are not included in that request. The test app does not request precise device location.

Calls, texts, email, and calendar

TradeBrace can prepare a user-selected handoff to Android dialer, messaging, email, or calendar apps. The user reviews and completes the action there. The test app does not read inboxes, text history, call history, contacts, or calendar history.

Public-account and payment services

Public accounts, team synchronization, cloud storage, and subscriptions are not live. Before those services launch, TradeBrace will publish the service providers, purposes, data categories, retention periods, security controls, and user choices that actually apply. Google Play will process public app installation and eligible digital purchases under Google's own terms and privacy practices.

Retention and deletion

Website-support email is retained only as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain necessary service records, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Public app-account deletion is not active because public accounts do not yet exist. The permanent deletion resource is available at Account deletion.

Security

TradeBrace uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the service stage. No system can guarantee absolute security. Please report a suspected issue through the security page without sending sensitive customer data in the first message.

Children

TradeBrace is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13. Public account eligibility and age-related disclosures will be finalized before release.

Changes and contact

This notice may change as TradeBrace moves from private testing to public service. The effective date will be updated when material changes are published. Questions may be sent to support@tradebrace.app.
